The studies was carried out on (46) children who had congenital heart diseases and divided into (2) groups, (27) cyanotic (19) a cyanotic in addition to( 10) children as a normal matched in sex and age. As control group Each child subjected to the following: complete physical examination, echocardiography, brain auditory evoked potential, somatosensory evoked potential, and the result explained that the somatosensory evoked potential was statistically more sensitive between cyanotic, a cyanotic, control groups than brain stem auditory evoked potential.
