This study was done on 114 patients complaining of erectile dysfunction or infertility to determine the effect of diabetes on the erectile and fertility potential and the effect of diabetes on circulation of penis and testis , and we found obvious effect of diabetes especially with smoking on the circulation as assured by the Laser Doppler Flowmetry .
