Patients with locally advanced breast cancer must be referredearlier before surgery to start their neoadjuvant chemotherapy.As detecting and treating breast cancer before it becomespalpable is the best hope of controlling this disease , patienteducation in Egypt is of great importance .TAC regimen is of better response and conservative surgery ratethan FAC regimen particularly in advanced stages but FAC regimen has less side effects.
