The ultimate goal for children with End stage renal disease issuccessful renal transplantation but dialysis may be required beforeand for preparation of transplantation. During haemodialysis, thepatient may develop many complications as for examplecardiovascular, neurological, gastrointestinal, hematological, andpsychological and infections. By good intradialytic, postdialytic care,and close follow up, many complications can be prevented. Chroniccare of children receiving dialysis requires attention to growth anddevelopment to achieve complete rehabilitation and preventcomplications.
