Abstract

This study included patients complaining of different intracranial vascular tumours that were studied by CT / MRI as well as four vessels angiography. Those proved vascular and accessible for embolization were endo-vascularly embolized. Our aim is to devascularize these tumours for easier surgical resection (by creating bloodless field) thus with less incidence of morbidity and mortality.
