Abstract
Ultrasonography is so valuable in the assessment of first trimester pregnancy including gestational age and number of embyrios and site of implantation which intra or uterine associated complications as bleeding and vesicular mole or associated uterine or pelvic abnormalities and also it help in the identification of some congenital abnormalities of the fetus early in pregnancy and this help early management the use of three dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis and management of first trimester pregnancy.
