Inflammation of retinal vasculature is a sight threatening disease that needs careful evaluation to etiologic diagnosis and hence prescribe the correct therapy. Idiopathic forms of the disease are not uncommon but such a diagnosis is narrowing while the spectrum of autoimmune and immune-related vasculitis is broadening.
