Cisplatin is one of the antireoplastic drugs used inthe treatment of ovarian, testicular and head and neck cancers.This study aimed to examine hepatotoxicity with intraperitorepl injectionof cisplatin in albino rats. Study was performed an 24 rat males divided into 3groups (4, 6, 10 months of age) ; each group is divided into 2subgroups according to dose given (therapeutic high). Study revealed liver charges correlated with the dose. So, cisplatin toxicity is dose-dependent
