In this study showed no effect of dexmedetomidine on MAP , SBP , DBP, HR , need for inotropic support and metabolic acidosis during pediatric cardiac surgeries To draw definitive conclusions with regard to the influence of these findings on sedative and analgesic requirements , awakening and early extubation postoperative morbidity and mortality.
