In the current era of evidence-based medicine, and health insurance economy, there are demands to prove the cast-effectiveness and costbenefits for medical interventions, to fulfill the criteria for good medical practice among patients of unexplained and immunologic infertility,managed by COH/IUI or IVF. The aim of the present work, is to investigate the predictive (prognostic) and detective (diagnostic) values of sperm function indicators.
