This study is a retrospective study, discussing the occurrence of lymphedema after breast cancer treatment in different ways. It turns out that there is a clear effect of these treatment methods on the incidence of lymphedema as well as on its spread, and severity in the upper limb. It also clearly shows the impact of the eradication of lymph nodes from the axillaon occurrence of lymphedema, and the greater the number of lymph nodes excised, the higher the level of lymphedema. Where the upper limb has been divided into four levels in terms of the spread of lymphedema ; namely, the level of the forearm, and includes everything that is below the level of the elbow joint.
