The term “bone cyst” is used in designating a wide variety of bone lesions whose roentgenograms reveals sharply delineated smooth-walled of radiolucency. The diagnosis depends mainly on different imaging modalities such as radiology, computed tomography and MR imaging. In many cases, the biopsy and microscopic examination are essential.Treatment of bone cysts varies according to diagnosis and there are a traditional methods and new trends for treatment such as for the aneurysmal bone cyst: selective arterial embolization, percutaneous embolization with an alcoholic solution, Sclerotherapy in children, and endoscopic curettage without bone grafting and for the solitary bone cyst:Percutaneous injection of demineralized bone matrix and autogenous bone marrow with reliable results and also there is a flexible intramedullary nailing.
