Review of literature shows that there are over one hundred surgical procedures for reconstruction of dislocated acromioclavicular joint, in most of which patients end up with painful and ugly scars. Wolf and Pennington were the first to describe an arthroscopic technique for management of acromioclavicular joint dislocation, and many others followed them. The aim of this study is to demonstrate different techniques used for arthroscopic management of acromioclavicular dislocation.
