Endometriosis is the presence of eudiometrical tissue outside the uterine cavity; it is not uncommon disease, commonly present by pelvic pain, odema and infertility. There are many classification of the disease and multiple theories trying to describe and explain the disease but not enough. There are many investigations in the form of laboratory; imaging and diagnostic laparoscopy modalities of treatment are variable in the form of expectant, medical, surgical and combined medical and surgical treatment.
