Abstract

TLR is the mammalian homolog of Drosophila Toll. It belongs to TIR family of receptors. Their are at least 10 TLRs. Different TLRs have different ligands, different signalling pathways and lead to expression of different genes. TLRs have important role in innate immune response, however may share in the pathogenesis of different diseases. TLRs agonists have recently used of different diseases.
