Cirrhotic cardiomyopathy is a clinical syndrome in patients with livercirrhosis characterized by an abnormal and blunted response to physiologic,pathologic or pharmacologic stress but normal to increased cardiac output andcontractility at rest. In this study, we demonstrate the cardiac changes in cirrhoticpatients with chronic HCV by echocardiography and electrocardiogram.
