This study was carried out to Screen for GBS by culture done from high vaginal swab and rectal swab for women with rupture of membranes to prevent early neonatal GBS and role of intrapartum antibiotics in preventing of early onset neonatal GBS. This study was conducted in Galaa Teaching Hospital in the period from January to September 2011. The study included 60 pregnant patients, we divide them into three groups.
