Addressing the healthcare needs of this age group requires considering thecomplicated interactions of developmental changes on healthcare needs, theeffectiveness of treatment, health education, and health promotion.Today there is much interest in teenage health and primary care servicesprovided to them. Many reports of teenage indicate that present servicescould be improved. Encouraging teenagers to attend when they have a healthproblem may help provision of more sensitive primary care service.
