The study was conducted to evaluate the role of uterine artery Doppler in at mid-gestation in prediction of preeclampsia and intrauterine growth retardation by Doppler to 100 patients and following them-up till delivery and the results proved four cases of preeclampsia detected by Doppler from six cases showing uterine artery changes.
