Pre-eclampsia is a medical condition where hypertention appears in pregnancy. We aimed to evaluate pregnancy induced hypertention in Kasr El -Aini hospital during study period (2007-2008). The study included all cases admitted to emergency unit "section 10" in (2007-2008). The annual incidence of pre-eclampsia in the study is about 4.3% of pregnancy.
