Abstract

This assay discuss the factors affect the fetus and child in early life and can cause cardiovascular diseases in adulthood, also explain the relation between low birth weight infants and the nutrition of their mothers. There is also relation between those of low birth weight and development of the newly chronic diseases appeared recently in children and adolescents as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, obesity and coronary artery diseases .The factors influenced with these diseases, their comorbidites, their effect on the adult cardiovascular system and methods of early detection and proper management are explained in details. The role of pediatrics doctors is to detect children of high risk as early as possible,there are some non invasive methods asses the vascular function and can prevent cardiovascular morbidities.
