Abstract

Necrospermia is a condition in which spermatozoa in the ejaculated semen are dead. This study was carried out on 30 patients and two control cases, 11 of than were absolute necrospermia. Six patients absolute necrospemia underwent testicular biopsy combined with fresh examination and electron microscopy examination for the ejaculates and the testicular biopsies, four patients presenting with leucospermia culture senstivity was done, two sequential ejaculate were taken from 11 patient, 21 patients presenting for varicocel, varicocelectomy was done for 19 of than and ICSI were done for 18 cycles, 10 with ejaculate sperm and 8 with testicular sperm.
