Abstract
This study is aiming at prevention of occurrence and recurrence of congenital neurological anomalies. It was revealed that inherited disorders, congenital infection and chromosomal aberration were accounted fir 44% . 15 and 7% respectively consanguineous marriage were noticed among 62% of case parents versus 42% of control parents and 44% of cases mothers gave history of adverse exposures during pregnancy versus 6.5% of control mothers.
