In compares of FOLFIRINOX to Gemciabine group according to treatment line, we find that the ORR to FOLFIRINOX was 45% versus 10% in Gemcitabine arm also overall survival was 11 months versus 7 months although the toxicity of this protocol was greater than Gemcitabine, but all was manageable and tolerable.Depending on these results we recommended to use this treatment for patients who have good Performaus state (0-2) also in respect to this magic response we recommended to incorporated this treatment for neo-adjuvant treatment may be in future.
