Airway emergency is the greatest challenge facing anesthesia practitioner, for that great attention should be given to patients with any suspicion of difficult airway. Anticipated difficult airway should be manage with suitable plane for each condition. Alternative planes, proper equipments, and trained personal must be available at this situation, for favorable out come. Failed or delayed management for these cases may result in sever hypoxia, brain insult ,or even death.
