Abstract
Spinal anaesthesia is one of the most common and popular method for anaesthesia of lower abdominal and anal surgery. This study was done to evaluate the effect of fentanyl and bupivacaine during spinal anaesthesia. The study had been demonstrated that fentanyl enhances the onset and increase the duration of spinal block when injected intrathecally with bupivacaine.
