In this study, from the 53 patients, 15 patients (28.3 %) showed HRCT diagnostic finding of cellular bronchiolitis, 4 patients (7.5 %) diagnosed as follicular bronchiolitis, 4 patients (7.5%) diagnosed as RB-ILD, 20 patients (37.8 %) diagnosed as BO and 10 patients (18.9 %) diagnosed as subacute hypersensitivity pneumonitis. Min IP reconstruction was done for 35 patients. It allowed better evaluation of areas of low attenuation, denoting areas of air trapping. By using min IP images the diagnosis of air trapping became possible without the need of expiratory HRCT images. Volume rendering 3 colors 3 D lung images was done for 12 patients. It was done by using special software available at workstation of Toshiba Aquilion MDCT present in Kasr El-Aini Hospital.
