A study of 62 patients with allergic conjunctivitis with or without other allergies was done. Diagnosis of the causative allergens was done by skin prick test using allergens obtained from crude materials of our environment and prepared simply in our labs. and compared with their corresponding commercialse Results of comparison show no significant difference~ Immunotherapy using these natural allergens for 43 patients was effective by conventional systemic Sec. it~jections or by local eye drops. Evaluation of immunotherapy was done by repeating SPT and measuring IgE using ELISA technique.
