Abstract

Chronic subglottic upper tracheal stenosis is one of the challenging problems to otolaryngologist. Etiology of the condition is congenital, traumatic, inflammatory, or others. Selected cases of laryngoscleroma, postendotracheal intubation had general and radiological investigations, followed by endoscopic dilatation, open resection anastomosis, or fistula technique. Evaluation of the three ways was done through the immediate post-operative outcome and long term follow-up.
