Abstract

This study included 30 untreated parkinsonian patients, all patients were subjected to thorough clinical examination, assessment by both UPDRS and modified H & Y scale. ENG examination for both patients and controls were done. Results of ENG in parkinsonian patients were compared with that of the control, and correlated with the predominant manifestation of the patients. Impairment of dopaminergic control of ocular movement is the more likely possibility.
