This is a retrospective study to review our experience with childhood lupus nephritis in respect to the analysis of the clinical histopathological presentation, treatment regimens and prognosis. Fifty patients (38 girls and 12 boys) with biopsy proven lupus nephritis were included. The mean age is 11.98±3.3 years. The final clinical status was classified to improved, stationary and worsened cases. Class II LN was observed in 54% of cases. Conclusion: prognosis is better in young age groups Aggressive treatment may be helpful to get good prognosis.
