The aim of the present thesis is to study the coincidence of Helicobacter pylori infection with carcinoma of the stomach in Egyptian patients, and the results detected that the seroprevalence of H. pylori higher with gastric carcinoma up to 90%. Our results confirm a strong association between H. pylori and gastric carcinoma.
