Purpose: was to evaluate the blood loss and operating time during pouch formation with use of linear cutter stapling and manual technique. Materials and Methods; twenty patients underwent radical cystoprostatectomy followed by neobladder (Camey II) . Ten of them with the used of linear cutter and the other ten with hand suture. Pre and post and intraoperative evaluation were estimated. Result: we could save about 17% of total blood loss and 1 and ½ hour of the operating time. Conclusion: linear cutter is better than hand suturing technique in saving time and blood with no morbidity .
