Abstract

If accurate reduction cannot be achieved further visualization of the zygomaticomaxillary buttress is performed. Confirmation of reduction of markedly displaced orbitozygomatic fractures was perfomed by visualization all the anterior buttresses and the sphenozygomatic suture which was the most important reference point for adequate reduction.
