Autoimmune hemolytic anaemia is characterized by production ofautoantibodies directed against erythrocyte membrane antigens.The aim of the work is to study retrospective & prospective theclinical picture ,immunologic findings ,different lines of treatment ,andoutcome of Autoimmune hemolytic anaemia patients treated in hematologyclinic & other departments of Abo-elreesh hospital during one year interval.
