Objectives: Spotlight on the outcome of different treatment modalities of primary vasculitis in Kasr Al-Aini Hospitals. Study design: Retrospective study on 10 primary vasculitis patients. Results: Medical treatment is the role, surgery and endovascular surgery has a role in selected case in association with medical treatment. Most of cases are small vessel vasculitis. Associated symptoms are renal, nasal and pulmonary symptoms. Conclusion:Medical treatment is the base, surgery and endovascular surgery has a role in selected cases.
