Abstract

Abdominoplasty is one of the most commonly performed plastic surgery procedure. From the clinical experience we can divide the patients of abdominoplasty according to their expectations into two groups:The first group doesn't present with major aesthetic demand but mainly willing to get rid of severe regional deformity, excision of excess fat and skin (abdominal lipectomy). Correction of the deformity is adequate to relieve patients complaints and relieve local skin infection and maceration.
