Maxillofacial injuries occupy an important place in trauma medicine. Fracture mandible is considered one of the common entities of the maxillofacial injuries, with increased incidence in the last years. From this entity, certain difficult cases of fracture mandible represent a challenges for the surgeons in how to deal and choose the most appropriate type of management . In this study, we are focusing on 10 difficult cases of fractures mandible in adults in an attempt to define and then find suitable solutions for their management by using different diagnostic modalities and surgical approaches, aiming to achieve the main goals of management which is return of the mandible to the utmost functional and aesthetic pre-injury state.
