A pilot study was carried out on one hundred married Egyptian females who had different educational levels and different sociocultural background. Those females were interviewed to answer three questionnaires first about demographic data, second about sexual dysfunctional beliefs, third about sexual function to assess the correlation between female sexual beliefs and female sexual function. It is concluded from this study that false female sexual beliefs affect negatively female sexual function. It was found that education play a central role via providing better job, higher financial level, better knowledge and more access to media and internet which provide better sexual information which lead to better sexual beliefs. In contrast circumcised females from rural areas with poor education were found to have more false sexual beliefs this may be due to restricted life with poor facilities and sociocultural factors.
