Abstract

Inability to conceive is one of the most common complains in gynecological practice, and a percentage of these cases will eventually seek assisted conception (mainly cases of male factor, tubal factor and unexplained infertility). Ultrasound is a main tool in assisted conception. Currently relies on the use of two-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound, which proved to be better than two-dimensional transabdominal Ultrasound, in monitoring of follicular growth, endometrial growth, ovum pick-up, and embryo transfer.
