This study included 50 patients with shoulder impingement. For every patient; Dynamic Ultrasonography and MRI were done, with diagnostic arthroscopy was done for 10 cases. The preliminary results have shown the great role of dynamic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of shoulder impingement, with high sensitivity and specificity, as compared to MRI and diagnostic arthroscopy.
