Over the last 15 years, the management of Aortic Aneurysms has changed dramatically because of the development of the technique of endovascular aneurysm repair. Complex aortic aneurysm is a term used to denote aneurysms with one or more anatomical or disease-related factors leading to increased technical difficulty during procedure and a higher risk of intra- and post-procedure complications.
