This study was conducted to diagnose and follow-up patients with Phenylketonuria. Investigations were done in the form of full history, full examination, blood Phenylalanine levels, anthropometric measurements, fundus examination and brain CT. Patients were given a Phenylalanine restricted diet and followed up.
