Abstract

This study has concluded that implantation of either the artisan lens or the phakic 6 lens is highly effective, predictable, stable, and safe, with mild complications and does not affect the quality of vision in high myopia. Implantation of phakic 6 lens is easier than that of the claw lens, as the latter needs high skills to enclavate the haptics and support them to the iris. On the other hand the claw lens is fixated in the angle of the AC like the phakic 6 lens.
