Many studies have confirmed that GnRH analogues have many advantages in infertility especially in induction of ovulation as they are better than conventional methods of induction especially in poor responders leading to increase pregnancy rate in these patients. Although they have some side effects resulting from hypoestrogenic state. GnRH analogues can also be used in treatment of uterine leiomyomas and endometriosis cases.
