A total of 30 patients with primary infertility were divided into 2 groups according to the presence of rapid progressive sperm in their ejaculate or not. Twenty sperm were cryopreserved for each patient using the technique of whole dish freezing and divided equally into 2 dishes. Thawing was done at 250C and 370C. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups at the two different thawing temperatures. The whole dish freezing method is a reliable and safe method for cryopreserving motile spermatozoa both rapid and sluggish. Thawing also can be done at 370C or 250C.
