Fractionation of Toxoplasma gondii antigen was done by E.I.T.B. and the resulted protein bands were 55, 33, 30, 27 and 14 KDa. By testing the sensitivity of these protein bands it was obvious that 30 KDa with or without 35 and 27 KDa were the most specific and capable of accurate diagnosis of suspected cases. The sensitivity of the protein band(s) to identify the infection in random samples of infected and suspected cases was tasted, and it was found very sensitive and specific. By comparison of EITB and other diagnostic tests like IHA, ELSA and IFAT, it was found that EITB was the most sensitive and specific technique.
