Placent accreta is a life threatening condition with increasing incidence especially with a combination of placenta previa and prior cesarean delivery. Prenatal diagnosis of placenta accreta using trans abdominal ultrasonography and color Doppler allows for appropriate and adaptive preoperative management and perioperative precautions, to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.
