Abstract

Lysis buffer gave the best results in first 3 weeks then comes the saline, but after this especially for the muscle tissue the saline and the lysis buffer gave almost the same results. Saline took the upper hand in the last 4 weeks. In spite this the lysis buffer were the best in the overall means results of all the weeks. But as that the saline is more feasible than the lysis buffer so this must be put in consideration. The water preservation came after the lysis buffer and saline preservation throughout all the weeks. But still it is the most feasible preservative among the others. Formalin came in the last order as it was the worst preservative among the others since the first week.
