The aim of the work is to study some common skin conditions that rarely cause significant medical problems, yet they are often a significant source of distress to those affected, these conditions include striae distensae (SD), periorbital pigmentation (POP), perioral pigmentation and pigmentation of intertriginous areas, hair loss or telogen effluvium (TE) and chronic urticaria (CU), concerning their definition, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, histopathology, and Treatment modalities available, showing that no single therapy is considered to be pivotal for these problems, in addition to frequent updating about new trials tackling this management which we hope was partly achieved in this work.
